About Us

Evolution Football is a technical development programme founded by Ian Dyer in 2024 with the aim of providing a professional, enjoyable, and progressive coaching environment for players of all ages to develop their football skills. 

 

We believe that by 'Developing the Individual For the Team', every player has the opportunity to train, improve and maximise their potential in the game.

We work with players from grassroots to professional level, and believe that mastering the core skills is at the heart of player development and success.

Our aim is to create skillful, confident and motivated players who have a strong relationship with the ball, and a love for the game. And to further enhance and encourage attributes that will help them become better players and better people.

​

Our sessions are built around the key technical aspects of Ball Mastery, 1 v 1 and Combinations, as well as developing the core skills of Receiving, Ball Striking, Outplaying Moves and Running with the Ball.  We place a huge emphasis on small sided game play to help promote decision making, creativity and the effective transfer of skills through play.
