Ian Dyer

Ian has over 20 years experience as a professional football coach and has worked with players from grassroots to Premier League.

He holds the UEFA A License, USSF A License, FA Youth Award,

Coerver Coaching awards and a diploma in Sports Psychology. 

​

Ian has worked with players in England, Spain, Italy, Croatia, Sweden and the USA, and has previously worked with current international and top level professional players.

 

Some of his previous coaching roles include;

• 8 years as Assistant Manager & First Team Coach in the National League.

• 4 years as an Academy Coach with Premier League and EFL clubs.

• 3 years as Technical Director & Head of Coaching for Coerver Coaching. 

• 4 years as a Director of Coaching in the USA.

Ian founded Evolution Football in 2024 to provide elite level technical coaching to players of all ages and abilities.
